Owen Jones proceeded to respond by describing Laurence Fox as a D-List actor and that he is in fact conning people out of money to keep him in the lifestyle he is accustomed to.

Many of Owen Jones’ followers replied that this was a ‘homophobic’ remark by Laurence Fox. Others, such as former Brexit Party MEP Martin Daubney, has called Owen Jones ‘Mr Cancel Culture’ and intimated that everyday he tries to get people shut down from doing their work.
Controversial LBC presenter James O’Brien also joined in referring to Fox as ‘the lad from Lewis’ but he was swiftly rebuked for this crass comment by many supporters of Mr Fox.
Jones has now blocked Fox on social media with many claiming this is a total victory for Laurence Fox.
